The state of Louisiana presented Mark A. Marino with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the Louisiana State University (LSU).

 

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

 

  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Knowingly disobeyed obligation under rules of a tribunal
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license. In truth,
