• Improperly accepted payment for representing client from someone other than the client
• Never spoke with client
• Bankruptcy petition filed by Dave was missing required schedules and statements
• Committed acts involving moral turpitude, dishonesty or corruption

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
