Attorney John Cannon of Albany, GA; ethical misfit

The state of Georgia presented John Philip Cannon with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Campbell University Law School in North Carolina.

The State Bar of Georgia found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in an egregious conflict of interest
• Failed to obtain written consent from client re: conflict of interest

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Johnny practices with Phil Cannon PC at 242 West Broad Avenue in Albany, Georgia.
