Judge David Demers of Florida; apologist for Judicial Misfits and Perverts
In addition to providing useless services to the overburdened taxpayers of St. Petersburg, Florida, Judge David Demers also acted as the preeminent enabler/apologist for Judicial Misfits while sitting as a member of the Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission.
It would be frivolous to the nth degree for anyone to argue that Judge David Demers did not act in accordance with his primary duty as the quintessential enabler and apologist for Judicial Misfits in Florida.
In so acting, and in accordance with the high standards imposed upon him by the Judicial Qualifications Commission, it would appear that Judge David Demers volunteered to personally incur the costs of purchasing a pair of “industrial strength knee pads in pursuit of providing cover for Judicial Misfits running amok in Florida.
In a case involving Judicial Misfit Brandt Downey III of Clearwater, Florida, who was charged with and subsequently found guilty of being a Judicial Pervert (see: ), Judge David Demers, who was the Administrative Judge of Pinellas-Pasco County at the time, found it acceptable to appoint Judge Brandt Downey (The Perv) to a pa
 nel for the review of civil appeals after Downey had been found guilty of being a “certified pervert.”
What kind of buffoon (my apologies to buffoons) would appoint someone of Downey’s ilk to a review panel to review lower-court decisions? Judge Demers is an unmitigated embarrassment to every judge in Florida that is engaged in conducting himself or herself in an ethical manner. This dwarfish intellect (Demers) should forever be barred from sitting as a judge. In fact, in my personal opinion, he should be relegated to working as a greeter at the Wal-Mart store located at 3993 Tyrone Blvd. in St. Petersburg.
Conclusion
Appointing Judge David Demers to adjudicate cases involving Judicial Misfits (Perverts) such as Judge Brandt Downey would be akin to making the following appointments:
Take my advice folks, when given the opportunity to oust Judge David Demers at the polls in the greater St. Petersburg, Florida area; do not hesitate in doing so. If ya don’t, then you have nobody to blame for the injustices that will undoubtedly be visited upon you and yours in the future.
Put simply, if you become a victim of Judge David Demers in the future without ever taking any affirmative steps to remove him from office, then I would suggest that when you’re seeking to discover who the true villain is, that you stand in front of the nearest mirror and state “mirror, mirror on the wall, who’s the biggest dumbass of them all?”
