Attorney Dale Calomeni of Roswell, GA; ethical goblin

The state of Georgia presented Dale Anthony Roswell with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Detroit.

The State Bar of Georgia found Dale guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pressing forward with lawsuit contrary to client’s directions
• Mishandled client trust funds
• Improperly employed an attorney that was disbarred

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Dale by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Dale practices the Calomeni Law Offices at 555 Sun Valley Drive in Roswell, Georgia.
