Attorney Steven Schochetman of Chicago; degenerate liar

The state of Illinois presented Steven G. Schochetman with a law license in 2010.

The Disciplinary Commission found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

While being investigated by the Commission regarding his representation of a client in dissolution of marriage matter, Stevie found it acceptable to produce documents that falsely stated the hourly rate he had agreed to charge the client.

Stevie also created an entry on the Florida Bar website that falsely stated that he was admitted to practice in numerous federal courts when, in fact, he was not.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2014, Stevie practices at 30 East Elm Street in Chicago, Illinois.
