The state of Vermont presented Jolene C. Maloney with a law license in 2004

The Idaho Bar Counsel found Jolene guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• In 2012, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (DUI)
• In 2013, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (DUI) and driving while license was suspended
• Engaged in involving lawyer’s honesty and trustworthiness

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Jolene by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Jolene.
