Attorney Thomas Dunn of Honolulu; convict

The state of Hawaii presented Thomas P. Dunn with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Chicago Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

Tommy was convicted of 5 misdemeanor counts of §231-35 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes that required him to make a return, make a report, keep any records, supply any information, or secure any license required under title 14, who willfully fails to make the return, make the report, keep the records, supply the information, or secure the license.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2014), Tommy practices at 124 Anahola Street in Honolulu, Hawaii.
