Attorney Diane Medcraft of Hopatcong, NJ; ethical misfit

The state of New Jersey provided Isabelle R. Strauss with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The Disciplinary Review Board found Diane guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain required trust account
• Failed to register trust account

As a consequence of her latest misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Review Board punished Diane by gifting her with a complimentary admonition.  

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Diane practices in Hopatcong, New Jersey.
