Solicitor Anne Wilson of Glasgow, Scotland; ethical misfit

The Law Society presented Anne Frances Wilson with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School. 

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Anne guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Unconscionable 7-year delay in the  administration of an estate
• Failed to respond to client inquires

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Annaline by gifting her with a complimentary censure,
