Attorney Shawn O’Buckley of Denver; ethical gremlin

The state of Colorado presented Shawn Christopher O’Buckley with a law license in 2000.

Disciplinary Counsel found Shawn guilty of the following misconduct

• Failed to file appropriate affidavit of his suspension with opposing counsel, the courts and his clients
• Engaged in the illegal practice of law while his license was suspended
• Continued to prepare pleadings on behalf of clients after license suspended

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Shawn by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak, (ca. September 2014), Shawn practices with the O’Buckley Law Firm PC at 1515 Wynkoop Street in Denver, Colorado.
