Attorney Connie Reguli of Brentwood, TN; ethical misfit

The state of Tennessee provided Connie Lynn Reguli with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from the Nashville Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Connie guilty of the following misconduct.

Connie found it acceptable to insert statements in a brief she filed with the court of appeals about Judge Robert H. Lee Davies that were deemed impertinent and totally unprofessional.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Connie by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Connie practices at 1646 Westgate Circle in Brentwood, Tennessee.
