Attorney Thomas Potter of Jamestown, TN; repeat offender

 

The state of Tennessee provided Thomas Harding Potter with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the Nashville Law School.

 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Tommy’s 1st Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

 

  • Disrupted court proceedings
  • Failed to respect the rights of third persons
  • Threatened opposing parties expert witness

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

Tommy’s 2nd Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

 

  • Knowingly disclosed client confidences
  • Acted improperly when withdrawing client representation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Tommy practices at 421 East Central Avenue in Jamestown, Tennessee.
