Attorney Daniel Loeliger of Edmond, OK; lying loser

The state of Oklahoma presented Daniel Lee Loeliger with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Oklahoma City University Law School.

The Oklahoma Bar Association found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

Danny found it acceptable to misrepresent the truth (lied) to a client that he had secured a settlement on the client’s behalf, when in fact Danny absolutely knew the cause of action was time-barred by the applicable statue of limitations.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oklahoma Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Danny practices at 3233 East Memorial Road in Edmond, Oklahoma.
