It would be redundant to the nth degree to revisit the documented facts proving that attorney David R. Pheils, Jr. of Toledo, Ohio is rated by his peers in the legal community in Ohio as one of the most corrupt persons to have ever practiced law.
Since the Ohio Supreme Court unfortunately gifted David Pheils with a law license in 1974, he has dedicated his legal career to formulating long-lasting friendships and/or associations with the following Judicial and/or Legal Misfits and/or other assorted Perverts and Criminals in perpetrating innumerable frauds in order to unjustly enrich himself and/or those named below.

Attorney David R. Pheils, Jr. of Toledo, Ohio is without doubt the “poster boy” for corrupt attorneys and/or perverts in the U. S. of A. (ca. 1974-2010). Put simply, attorney Pheils clearly dedicated his career to defrauding and/or threatening every person that he ever came into contact with when it came to unjustly enriching himself and/or any of his aforementioned associated.
