Is attorney David Pheils of Toledo a Pedophile and a Disgusting Pervert?
In the past, attorney David Pheils’ brother Gary Pheils was indicated for sexually molesting his 12-year-old daughter, which was of course attorney Pheils’ niece.
Even though he testified in 1995 that he stopped representing criminal defendants in the early 1980s, Pheils made an exception by acting as defense counsel for his pedophile brother Gary in addition to perjuring himself.
In the past I’ve received several tips from reliable sources clearly indicating that attorney David R. Pheils, Jr. Pheils is now or has been a practicing pedophile, child molester and pervert just like his brother Gary. This would include allegations that Pheils was caught fondling or attempting to fondle at least one 11-year-old boy in the Heath, Ohio are in the 1970s.
Why did attorney Pheils commit a felony by giving false testimony in 1995 to conceal his representation of his child-molesting (pedophile) brother Gary? Such felonious conduct by Pheils would give much credibility to allegations that Pheils (a) fondled/attempted to fondle you boys in Health, Ohio and/or (b) that he was involved directly and/or indirectly in the sexual molestation of his niece (brother Gary’s daughter),
Conduct of Pheils’ Family Members and/or Law Partners/Associates
A review of just some of the despicable conduct of attorney Pheils’ family members and/or law partners and/or associates clearly gives much weight to assertions/allegations that Pheils is indeed a disgusting pedophile and child molester and Pervert.
Court records in Toledo prove that Jan Stockman has a “rap sheet” that is at least two pages long. Over the past 30 or more years, Jan Stockman has been charged with a variety of felonies and other crimes, which include (a) felonious assault[s], (b) wife-beating, (c) multiple thefts, (d) carrying concealed weapon, and (e) various frauds.

 her criminal that attorney Pheils repeatedly defended in spite of his perjured testimony in 1995 that he discontinued representing criminal defendants in the early 1980s. In fact, Pheils represented Stockman on at least one felony charge in the mid-1990s.
Attorney Pheils recognized early on that Mr. Stockman was just as big a crook and pervert as he was. Therefore, Pheils agreed to provide free legal services to Stockman in return for his perjured testimony in support of fabricated damage claims against car dealers in Ohio, Indiana, Illinois and Michigan.
In 1997, Jan Stockman agreed to again perjure himself by falsely testifying that attorney Pheils’ was the most ethical attorney he ever met, etc. even though he absolutely knew that Pheils was the poster boy in Ohio for crooked lawyers.
Mrs. Pheils’ cozy Relationship with Criminal Jan Stockman
Prior to testifying in Dec. 1997, Jan Stockman appeared in court and immediately sat down next to Mrs. Pheils. It was obvious to any observer that they were for all intents and purposes playing “footsy” with each other as they exchanged smiles, winks and engaged in touching each other. In fact, when Mrs. Joanne Pheils entered the courtroom, she immediately assumed a seat next to Mr. Jan Stockman. Stockman and Mrs. Pheils then began to exchange smiles and appeared to be playing footsy with each other. Suffice it to say, that it was obvious to any casual observer that, Jan Stockman and Mrs. Pheils may well have been engaged in an ongoing sexual tryst given their conduct. To be excruciatingly fair to Mrs. Joanne Pheils, her husband David was an obese and rather disgusting example of what a normal wife would wish for in a matrimonial partnership.
Given Mrs. Pheils’ well-documented conduct in helping David Pheils fabricate false evidence in an attempt to perpetrate a fraud on Dr. Black is consistent with her cozy and friendly relationship with serial-criminal Jan Stockman.
Conclusion
Court records clearly indicate that attorney David R. Pheils, Jr. has committed at least one-thousand (1,000) felonies in the past, all of which were specifically aimed at unjustly enriching himself, his crooked partners and/or his wife Joanne Pheils.
Pheils’ sordid and well-documented history of criminal behavior, and that of his family members, partners, and associates, paints a picture of a despotic thief and pervert who cheerfully surrounds himself with criminals, child molesters, thieves, perjurers, pedophiles, etc.
Based on the foregoing it would certainly appear that the tips I’ve received that attorney David Pheils, Jr. is pedophile and/or child molester like his brother Gary are true.
What a disgusting individual! Makes you want to immediately take a shower, right?
