Attorney Alan Rubinstein of Santa Ana; ethical misfit

The state of California provided Alan Rubinstein with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of West Los Angeles Law School, which is a Fourth tier school dedicated to serving losers that couldn’t gain acceptance at mainstream schools like UCLA, USC or Pepperdine.

The California State Bar Court found Alan guilty of the following misconduct

  • Failed to properly maintain client trust accounts
  • Failed to perform legal services competently (Moron)
  • Committed acts if moral turpitude
  • Failed to adequately review client trust accounts
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Alan by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Alan practices with Alan Rubinstein PLC at 2900 South Harbor Blvd in Santa Ana, California, which is located in Orange County.
