Attorney Robert Scurrah of Tustin, CA; cheating loser

The state of California provided Robert G. Scurrah with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the American College of Law in Brea, California. Brea is a fourth tier school dedicated to serving losers that couldn’t get accepted at mainstream schools like UCLA or UC Davis.

The California Bar Court found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Bobby found it acceptable knowingly violate California law by collecting advance fees in at least nine (9) loan modification matters.

Subsequently, the State Bar ordered Bobby to refund $26,942 plus interest to the folks he bilked by charging them an illegal upfront fee.

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Bobby practices with the Law Offices of Robert G. Scurrah at 145 West Main Street in Tustin, California, which is located in Orange County.
