US Judge Mark Fuller of Montgomery, AL; wife beater

The State of Alabama presented Mark E. Fuller with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Alabama Law School.

Former President George W. Bush was duped into appointing Mark as a District Court Judge in 2002. Mark didn’t get the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater Montgomery area. He received it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

In one matter, Mark was arrested in August 2014 on a spousal abuse and domestic violence charge. After his arrest, he was released on a $5,000 bond.

Atlanta police arrested Mark on August 10 and charged him with battery after his wife called 911 from a hotel and said he was beating her. Mark the Abuser laughingly told police she became violent after she confronted him with allegations of cheating.

I’m sure Mark’s defense will be that the beating he delivered to her came about when she repeatedly his fist with her face.

In a lame effort at levity, Mark claimed he was entering a treatment program. An unreliable source indicated that Mark opted to enroll in the Mel Gibson Spousal Abuse Institute located in Burbank, California.

And lastly, it should be noted that the chief judge of the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta stripped Mark of his cases and stopped sending him new ones. Put simply, Mark the Wife Beater is now being paid $3,823 a week or $765 a day by the taxpayers for doing nothing. Is America a great country or what?

As we speak, (ca. August 2014), Mark the Abuser has yet to receive any punishment via the criminal justice system and/or the so-called judicial disciplinary system. Of course he has nothing to worry about since you can’t be impeached for beating your wife.
