Attorney Anne-France Goldwater of
The Law Society presented Anne-France Goldwater with a law license in 1981 after she graduated from
The Quebec Bar Association found Anne guilty of the following misconduct.
In addition to practicing law, Anne is infamous for hosting a Judge Judy style television program.
In one matter involving a divorce proceeding, Anne told the opposing lawyer to “eat shit,” and then told him if he didn’t understand her comments she would happily translate the statement “into English, Spanish and German.”
As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Quebec Bar Association punished Anne by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
