Attorney Neil Sternstein of Woodbury, NJ; serial offender

The state of New Jersey presented Neil I. Sternstein with a law license in 1975.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Neil guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to safeguard client funds
  • Failed to notify clients of receipt of funds owing to them
  • Failed to deposit client funds into trust account

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Neil’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary suspensions of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Neil by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Neil practices in Woodbury, New Jersey.
