Attorney Andrew Tulk of Ontario, CAN; potty mouth loser The Law Society of Canada presented Andrew Bishop Tulk with a law license in 1990. The Law Society of Canada found Andy guilty of the following misconduct. In one matter, Andy found it acceptable to speak to a fellow attorney in a manner that was clearly abusive, offensive or otherwise inconsistent with the proper tone of professional communication from a lawyer. As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. As we speak (ca.
