Attorney Christian Secker of Ontario, CAN; ethical misfit

The Law Society of Canada presented Christian Simon Michael Secker with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of New Brunswick Law School.

The Law Society of Canada found Christian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to promptly respond to ethics investigator inquires
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigation despite receipt of three letters (Up Yours, said Christian!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Christian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
