Barrister Shaun Smith of N. Yorkshire, UK; scofflaw

Shaun Smith was presented with a license to practice law in 1981 after he graduated from Sheffield University Law School.

The Judicial Conduct Investigations Office found Shaun guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Shaun was arrested when he was caught driving 104 mph in a 55 mph zone. Subsequently, Shaun’s license was suspended for 14 days, and he was fined £500 ($828) and charged with £135 ($224).

As a consequence of his misconduct, Lord Chancellor and Lord Chief Justice, both apologists for Attorney Misfits, punished Shawn by gifting him with a complimentary letter of formal advice.

As we speak (ca. August 2014), Shaun practices at 3 Racecourse Lane in Northallterton, North Yorkshire, England.
