Attorney Kim Capello of Novi, MI; ethical gremlin

The state of Illinois provided Kim Thomas Capello with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.  

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #73 found Kim guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonest
• Misconduct showed a lack of good morals
• Guilty of violating a criminal law 

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Roy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (August 2014), Kim practices at 26444 Taft Road in Novi, Michigan.
