Attorney Barrett Daly of Diamondhead, MS; ethical misfit 

The state of Alabama presented Barrett Bond Daly with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Samford University Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improper contact with person he knew was represented by counsel
• Engaged in improper ambulance chasing
• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2014), Barrett practices wit the Daly Law Firm PLLC at 73711 Diamondhead Drive North in Diamondhead, Mississippi.
