Attorney Trent Binger of Monroe Falls, OH; ethical dwarf

The state of Ohio presented Trent Allen Binger with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Case Western Reserve University Law School in Cleveland.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Trent guilty of the following misconduct.

• Falsely and illegally notarized documents without witnessing signatures
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Failed to warn client he lacked legal malpractice insurance
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Trent by gifting him with a complimentary 18-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Trent.
