Attorney Jennifer Nash of Corvallis, OR; lying loser

The state of Oregon provided Jennifer I. Nash with a law license in 1996.

The Oregon State Bar found Jenny guilty of the following misconduct

• Knowingly made false statements to trial court
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in improper communications with others
• Knowingly failed to pay her firm portion of fees lawfully owed to firm
  Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Misconduct involved selfish motives

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Jenny by gifting her with a complimentary 120-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Jenny practices with Jennifer Nash & Nicolas Ortiz at 614 NW Jackson Avenue in Corvallis, Oregon.
