Attorney Paul Esquivel of San Antonio; cheating loser

The state of Texas presented Paul A. Esquivel with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from the University of London Law School.

The District 10 Grievance Committee found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to obtain prior client consent before entering into fee agreement for outside counsel
• Failed to refund unearned fees (cheater)
• Failed to return client file after being fired
• Failed to properly supervise non-lawyer staff re: immigration matters

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Paulie.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Paulie practices with the Law Offices of Paul A. Esquivel PC at 600 SW Military Drive in San Antonio, Texas.
