Attorney Jeffrey Scott of San Antonio; cheating loser

The state of Texas presented Jeffrey J. Scott with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from St. Mary’s University Law School.

The District 10 Grievance Committee found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected client legal matters
• Failed to keep clients reasonably informed of status of legal matters
• Failed to refund $1,000 in unearned fees (cheater)
• Failed to timely respond to ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Jeff!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Jeff.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Jeff practices at 106 Shadywood in San Antonio, Texas.
