Attorney Michael Steinheimer of Temple, TX; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Michael G. Steinheimer with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of Texas Law School.

The District 8 Grievance Committee found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation
• Failed to complete required child support documents for client
• Failed to prepare necessary power of attorney to transfer auto title
• Failed to respond to numerous client phone calls
• Failed to keep client informed of status of divorce case

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Mike.
