Attorney Paul Clayton of Orange, TX; thieving loser

The state of Texas presented Paul D. Clayton with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the South Texas Law School.

The District 13 Grievance Committee found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to take any action for 2 years in client’s adoption case
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to refund unearned fees (thief)
  • Failed to file required documents in divorce case on client’s behalf

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Paulie.

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Paulie practices at 1005 Green Avenue in Orange, Texas.
