The state of Missouri presented Richard Patrick Ryan with a law license in 1980.

The Disciplinary Commission found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

Dick entered a courthouse facility while he was in the possession of cocaine and cannabis (merry-wanna),

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Dick practices at 100 South Atkinson Road in Grayslake, Illinois.
