Attorney Anthony Arnold of Bethesda, MD; ethical misfit

The state of Maryland presented Anthony Darnell Arnold with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Tony guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to turn over client file after being fired
• Failure to turn over file resulted in delay in disposition of matter pending before a trial court

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme

Court punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Tony practices with the Law Offices of Anthony D. Arnold at 10411 Motor City Drive in Bethesda, Maryland.
