The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct

• Escrow checks not in compliance with rules
• Negligently failed to maintain client trust funds in trust account to pay medical provider
• Improperly disbursed client trust funds to himself and another client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme

Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
