Judge Claudia Brown of Killeen, TX; arrogant loser

In November 2016, Claudia was successful in duping the voters in Bell County into electing her as a Justice of the Peace. Previously, she spent her entire adult life porking out at the public trough in Maryland.

In a recent (February 2017) matter, Claudia laughingly ordered that a murder suspect post a bail bond of $4 billion.

Shortly thereafter, attorney Jeff Parker filed an ethics complaint against Claudia. In his complaint, Mr. Parker stated:

“The basis of my complaint is that Judge Brown has publicly admitted to setting an unconstitutional bail in order to advance the private interests of the judge to further her own personal political agenda.” “I believe that act to be a violation of the United States and Texas Constitutions, the Texas Penal Code and the Code of Judicial Conduct; as well as constituting an act which brings discredit upon the judiciary and an impediment to the administration of Justice.”

Subsequently, Judge John Gauntt ruled that the $4 billion bail was unconstitutional in response to a motion filed by the DA Henry Garza and the defendant’s attorney Billy Ray Hall Jr. Judge Gauntt reduced the unconstitutional bail to $150,000.

In response to Judge Gauntt’s illegal actions, Arrogant Claudia said:

• “Of course it was unconstitutional.”

Since Claudia admits she acted “unconstitutionally,” then she should by summarily removed from the bench. If allowed to remain on the bench, we can be assured that she will continue to violate the constitutions of Texas and the United States.

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Claudia remains sitting as a Bell County Justice of the Peace in Killeen, Texas.
