Attorney Paul Royer of DC; convicted cheapskate

The State of Maryland presented Paul Byron Royer with a law license in 2005.

The DC Bar Counsel found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

Paulie was criminally convicted of second-degree theft, which was based on his failure to pay a $19 cab fare.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Bar Counsel punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2014), Paulie practices at 1050 17th Street NW in Washington, DC.
