Attorney Gary Broder of Waterbury, CT; pervert, loser

The state of Connecticut provided Andrew Bottinick with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of Connecticut Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Gary was involved in taking a debtor’s exam of an Asian woman. Subsequently, Gary met with the lady at her home; however, he never placed her under oath and then began to talk to her about matters having nothing to do with her indebtedness.

The lady then mentioned her dissatisfaction with some medical treatment, which led to Gary suggesting that he give her a massage. Gary massaged her neck and side for several minutes.   He then make a remark to her that “people in the orient believe that massage is part of the sexual experience.”

Shortly after the meeting at her home, the lady contacted the police and lodged a complaint against Gary, who later apologized for his conduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Gary practices at 89 Roseland Avenue in Waterbury, Connecticut.
