Attorney Steven Berglass of New Haven, CT; cheating loser

The state of Connecticut provided Steven Berglass with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Yale University Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Steve guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to withdraw from case as required after being fired
• Failed to act with due diligence
• Failed to file motion with federal court
• Failed to communicate with client
• Charged a clearly excessive fee (cheater)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Steve by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Steve practices with Seeley & Berglass at 121 Whitney Avenue in New Haven, Connecticut.
