Attorney Robert Cooper Jr. of Manassas, VA; ethical misfit

The state of Virginia presented Robert Monroe Cooper, Jr. with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to ace with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. .

As we speak (ca. August 2014), Bobby practices with Stephens, Boatwright, Cooper, Coleman & Newton PC at 9255 Lee Avenue in Manassas, Virginia.

As one would suspect, Bobby’s self-serving website at www.manassaslaw.com makes no mention of his misconduct as aforementioned. Apparently, Bobby and his firm decided to conceal this information from prospective clients so as to not limit its future victim pool.
