Attorney Brent Jackson of Richmond, VA; ethical dwarf

The state of Virginia presented Brent Alan Jackson with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from William & Lee University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Brent guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to safeguard client property
• Failed to maintain separate trust account ledgers for clients
• Failed to maintain records of transactions involving client funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Brent by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. .
