Attorney Douglas Mataconis of Manassas, VA; moronic loser

The state of Virginia presented Douglas Edward Mataconis with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from George Mason University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Doug guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to ace with due diligence (slacker)
2. Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
3. Failed to abide by client’s decisions re: scope of representation
4. Failed to communicate with client
5. Failed to adequately explain basis for fee with client
6. Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Doug!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Doug by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2014), Doug practices with Thomas R. Breeden PC at 10326 Lomond Drive in Manassas, Virginia.
