Attorney Brenda Hardison of Cedar Park, TX; lying loser

The state of Alabama presented Brenda Weigilia Hardison with law license in 1989 after she graduated from the University of Alabama Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Brenda guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made false statements to others
• Engaged in adulterous relationship with client’s husband
• Attempted to foreclose on former client’s home on behalf of client’s husband she was having sexual relationship with
• Assisted client in attempting to circumvent court order in divorce case
• Engaged in conduct involving
• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Brenda by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Brenda practices at 2607 Buckeye Trail in Cedar Park, Texas.
