Attorney Stephen Aldrich of Robbinsdale, MN; moronic loser

The State of New Hampshire presented Stephen C. Aldrich with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Stephen guilty of the following misconduct during the time he was employed as a Hennepin County District Court Judge.

During hearings involving a murder case, Stephen “belittled possible witnesses, prematurely commented on the integrity or dependability of potential evidence.

Stephen went on to invite a lawyer representing one of the parties to contact the judge on an unrelated and undisclosed matter, which created the appearance of improper contact with one side.

Stephen then found it acceptable to refer to several possible witnesses as “a bunch of drunkards,” and added that the case involved: “Idiocy; somebody died, and we're supposed to do something with the bodies afterwards.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Stephen by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Stephen practices in the Robbinsdale, Minnesota area.
