Judge Sandra McLaughlin of Louisville, KY; bigoted liar

The state of Kentucky provided Sandra L. McLaughlin with a law license in 200 after she graduated from the University of Louisville Law School.

Sandra succeeded in duping the voters in Louisville to electing her to the bench in November 2012.

In a never ending effort to cement her status as a loser, Sandra found it acceptable to spew forth a rant about African-American defendants who unfortunately appeared before her.

One instance involved a defendant being arraigned on drug charges. During the arraignment, Sandra said:

• “He’s lucky to get out of here alive.”
• “Did you see his shirt? Barack Obama.”
• “That’s a double whammy!” [Being Black and supporting Obama]

In another case involving Ronnie Gravel who was arrested and charged with burglary, Sandra the Bigot said:

• “He still needs to burglarize so he can maintain his drug habit.” Subsequently, the case against Mr. Gravel was dismissed.

Sandra is also accused of lying about groups that have endorsed her campaign for re-election in November 2014. In a campaign flyer she distributed, she falsely claims that she is “unanimously endorsed by the Fraternal Order of Police,” however; Mike Hettich of the Deputy Sheriff’s Fraternal Order of Police Lodge, actually endorsed Sandra the Liar’s opponent Matthew Eckert.

In a recent (ca. mid-2014) survey of attorneys practicing in Jefferson County, Sandra received the lowest overall score, wit h a 59% general dissatisfaction rating.

In defending her last place finish, Sandra had the chutzpah to blame her low ratings on the fact that her former experience was as a prosecutor and that defense attorneys are basically prejudiced against her due to her prior employment.

As we speak (ca. August 2014), Sandra the Bigoted Loser remains sitting on the bench in

Louisville. Hopefully the voters in Louisville will send Sandra packing in the November 2014 election.

If Sandra is defeated, she shouldn’t have any difficulty in obtaining a job as a greeter at the Sam’s Club on

Preston Avenue in Louisville. And if that doesn’t pan out, she can enroll at the Kentucky School of Bartending on Hepburn Avenue in Louisville.
