Attorney Evan Nielsen of Chandler, AZ; ethical dwarf

The state of California provided Evan A. Nielsen with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the Concord Law School in Los Angeles. Concord is a Fourth Tier Law School dedicated to taking on losers that could not get accepted into mainstream law schools such as USC, UC Davis, Stanford or Pepperdine.

The California State Bar Court found Evan guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Evan Nielsen agreed to represent a woman in a civil matter regarding a horse trailer which was located in Arizona and in the possession of an Arizona resident.

Evan signed a fee agreement with the woman, collected $750 from her to begin work on her case and negotiated with the man who had her trailer, despite not being entitled to practice law in Arizona.

Making matters even worse is the fact that Evan had received two prior warnings for engaging in similar conduct in Arizona.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfit s sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Evan by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2014), Evan practices with the Nielsen Law Group, PC at 1490 South Price Road in Chandler, Arizona.
