Attorney Thomas Pryor Jr. of Orlando; ethical gremlin

The state of Florida presented Thomas Edward Pryor Jr. with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed as to status of legal matter
• Failed to comply with client requests for information
• Failed to respond to ethic investigator’s inquiries (Up Yours, said Tommy!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
