Attorney Thomas Pyle of Stockton, MO; ethical leprechaun

The state of Missouri presented Thomas G. Pyle with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Missouri State University Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct

• Improperly signed client’s signature on medical release authorization form
• Permitted secretary to falsely notarize his signature on client’s medical release form
• Improperly signed client’s signature on deposition transcript
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Provided forged documents to third parties as true and accurate
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Missouri Surpeme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2014), Tommy continues to practice in the Stockton, Missouri area.
