Attorney Gerald Salters of Westerville, OH; convicted felon

The state of Ohio presented Gerald Wayne Salters with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Capitol University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Gerry guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Gerry was arrested in Reynoldsburg, Ohio on charges of driving under the influence (DUI), aggravated burglary, and endangering children.

Subsequently, Gerry pleaded guilty in Licking County Common Pleas Court in Newark, Ohio in April 2014 to one count of trespassing in a habitation.

The criminal conviction grew out of a dispute Gerry had with a women he had been dating and the father of her child.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Gerry by gifting him with a complimentary interim suspension of his law license.

As we speak (cal July 2014), Gerry the Convict practices at 470 Olde Worthington Road in Westerville, Ohio, which is a suburb of Columbus.
