Attorney David Scott of New Castle, IN; convicted wife beater

The state of Indiana presented David J. Scott with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Valparaiso University Law School. 

The Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dave was involved in an incident of domestic violence, involving his and witnessed by his minor children.

Subsequently, Dave pled guilty to domestic battery and was placed on probation for one year.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

On his self-serving website at www.davidjscottattorney.com, Dave makes no mention of his conviction for assaulting his wife. Apparently, Dave decided to conceal this relevant information so as to not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. July 2014), Dave practices at 1815 Bundy Avenue in New Castle, Indiana.
